Darren is lively, hard working, and passionate about his role within the Company, he is a clever and creative problem solver and an excellent communicator. One of his key strengths is initiating new ideas. He has the ability to motivate all, learners and stakeholders alike with his innovative, imaginative and original thinking, making him an outstanding net-worker.
Garreth is proficient at alleviating the concerns of others, is warm, open, realistic and radiates optimism. In everyday activities he is tolerant, open-minded, flexible, and adaptable, whilst enjoying the present moment. One of his main strengths is an ability to let others work at their own pace, coupled with an awareness of the unique contribution each person makes. He exhibits personal warmth, insight, originality and a broad organisational ability.
Amenable, patient and friendly, Ian tends to build close, low-key relationships with associates in the work environment, whilst appearing calm, unruffled, efficient and pragmatic. Ian has an ability to see the need of the moment and deal with it whilst being s reflective decision maker, finding problems stimulating and reflects upon them carefully.
Elliot enjoys mixing with other people and chatting with them. He is well known for his natural ability to motivate others and demonstrates excellent people skills. Also, if he can create a role for everyone in a project he will do so. Elliot likes to concentrate on the positive and good in people and relationships. Highly intuitive about others, he cares above all else for their future development.
Lisa is a steady individual who lends a quiet stability to everything. One of Lisa’s strengths is an ability to let others work at their own pace coupled with an awareness of the unique contribution each person makes. She is warm and gracious and believes in a philosophy of “live and let live”. Lisa is sympathetic, emphatic and affable.
Martin is meticulous and can systematically mange several tasks at once. He is pragmatic and reliable. He likes people to be straightforward and to the point. Martin has a gift for being able to work on his own. He likes practical tasks and getting involved with the mechanics of how and why things work.
Michelle enjoys helping and empowering others, she is warm and friendly and building positive, honest and meaningful relationships with people is important to her. She is a good listener and is objective in her thinking. She is open and respectful to the views of others and uses her skills in mediation to reach positive outcomes for the people she supports.
Coaching mentoring and developing others may be an attractive part of her job. She tends to put in little preparation time because she likes to live for the moment. Beneath her laid back and tolerant demeanour, she is naturally inquisitive and enjoys discovering the difference between people and situations. Charlie believes that people do not work well when they are criticised or evaluated too harshly; they need recognition and support.
Kara is flexible, warm-hearted and good-natured. She enjoys mixing with other people and chatting with them. She displays compassion and empathy to everyone with her caring and supportive manner, she is good at reassuring anxious and worried people.
Ben is a skilled mediator – resourceful and empathetic. Never happier than when working creatively and collaboratively, Ben possesses a love of using words to make an emotional connection, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail. His aim in life is to help others and support their needs. He is like a rock both in his family and community life, and at work.
